This year I'm trying to better space out my items based on when they need to go outside. I've learned that many of the greens, such as bok choi and spinach, really do well in the spring, but bolt come summer. As such they need to start growing earlier. Then there's the herbs, which take longer to grow. As such, I've started some items here at the end of January and will begin the next set of plants in late February.
Right now I have bunching onions (green onions), herbs, greens, and snap peas started.
I planted these at about 5 a.m. on Thursday, January 28th.
